We are looking for a top flight Sales Manager to join our management team and be a central part of our company's national growth, from in-house pilot operation through national expansion via Joint-Venture Partnerships and Affiliate Marketing.

This is a business to business sales position and you and your staff will be calling and presenting to owners of small and medium local businesses. These are very busy people and you will need to use our tried-and-proven sophisticated closing and take-away techniques to earn their business. We provide all the training tools, techniques and leads.

You are required to have the following:

• First and foremost you will be a hands-on sales manager who is selling side by side with your charges and you must be able to close your own deals as well as the deals of your charges;
• Online Advertising and Internet Marketing experience;
• Experience in hiring and training your own staff;
• Proficient in Internet Search and Social Media;
• Ability to motivate staff, and;
• A burning desire to succeed.

If you have all of the qualifications we are looking for and are selected you will receive:

• A Base Commitment of $50,000 per year plus a generous Commission;
• Bonuses and over-rides based on delivered sales;
• A Total compensation package can easily exceed $250,000+ per year and include corporate stock redeemable at the Company's IPO.

This is a ground floor opportunity with a company that has been an industry leader for over 60 years. You will only report to the CEO and President of the Company.
